- Learn and practice self-regulation techniques to help you stay on track.
- Identify your current stage of change using tools from behavioural psychology, and apply the action steps that are essential to your stage.

What is coaching?
What’s the difference between coaching and therapy?
Coaching focuses on personal growth, goal setting, and future-focused action, while therapy often deals with healing from past trauma or addressing mental health issues. Although coaching may be beneficial for those struggling with mild mental health problems, it is not a replacement for therapy when it comes to mental illness and should not be treated as such.
Why do I need to book 6 sessions?
Coaching, like all good things in life, takes time and commitment before we see any benefits. A single coaching session can certainly be helpful, but goals like boosting overall wellbeing can making lasting changes tend to take more time and thought. When you sign up for a number of sessions in advance, you are more likely to come into coaching with the mindset of putting in the work over a sustained period of time, and this is what will lead you to success.
If you would like to book a single session, or a different number of session for any reason, please feel free to reach out to discuss this option.
Additionally, if you reach the end of your 6 session block and would like to continue coaching, you are more than welcome to book additional single sessions from here.
