My name is Ruth and I’m a Positive Psychology Practitioner, Coach, and student of life.
I first created this blog as a student to share practical psychology tips and some of the latest research to help people live happier, more fulfilling lives. Now, it has grown to provide further resources such as coaching and workbooks for those seeking more support.
However, the blog is where I will be every week, sharing positive psychology models, interventions and ideas, as well as articles on topics like philosophy, personal development and ‘the good life’.
